Terms of Service

By accessing DX Ready Hub solutions (solutions.dxreadyhub.com) or using any of our enterprise software modules (Board Portal, Fleet, FM) and diagnostic instruments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable enterprise regulatory frameworks.

DX Ready Hub provides enterprise management systems, governance engines, and operational modules built on Odoo. Solutions are provisioned under three models: Managed Private SaaS, Air-Gapped On-Premise deployments, and Certified Odoo Marketplace modules, each governed by its technical service-level agreement.

All software architectures, custom proprietary modules, workflows, and diagnostic algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of DX Ready Hub. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license corresponding to their tier; unauthorized decompilation or external redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Enterprise users must safeguard administrative credentials and API keys, provide authentic organizational inputs during provisioning, and refrain from any penetration testing or unauthorized data extraction against shared infrastructure.

Solutions and sandbox environments are provided to rigorous engineering standards. DX Ready Hub disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local network outages, client-side misconfiguration, or unapproved third-party integrations.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo.
